AdviceSahi is an AI-powered insurance analytics and advisor enablement platform focused on helping life insurance advisors deliver better advice to their clients. Incubated at IIM Kozhikode, the platform enables advisors to analyze insurance portfolios, identify policy gaps, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and offer value-added services such as Loan Against Policy through banking partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with life insurance advisors across LIC, HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential, SBI Life, Max Life, Tata AIA, Bajaj Allianz, and other insurers.
Introduce and demonstrate the benefits of the AdviceSahi platform to insurance advisors.
Drive advisor onboarding and ensure successful platform activation.
Build and maintain robust relationships with advisors through regular meetings, branch visits, networking events, and referrals.




Educate advisors on portfolio analytics, client retention strategies, cross-sell opportunities, and Loan Against Policy solutions.
Ensure advisors actively use the platform and maximize its value for their business.
Provide ongoing support to advisors to improve engagement and business performance.
Achieve monthly onboarding, activation, and business growth targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure high advisor satisfaction.
Gather market feedback and share insights to support business growth.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Life Insurance, BFSI, or InsurTech.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
