Forstu is launching a new vertical Yogyam

Yogyam helps Indian nurses build careers in Germany's carehomes and hospitals — from language training to placement. We're looking for someone based in Kochi/Ernakulam to help us go deeper into Kerala, one of India's strongest nursing talent pools.

What you'll do:
? Map Kerala's ecosystem of Work Abroad Agents and Immigration Agencies in the nursing-abroad space . Sourcing of profile from Work Abroad Agents and Immigration Agencies.
? Support outreach to German language training institutes (B1/B2 prep centers)
? Help source and organize nurse profiles for our Germany pipeline
? Be on the ground at nursing college events and agent meetups

What we're looking for:
✅ Pursuing/recently completed any degree — nursing, HR, or business background is a plus,



not a must ✅ Genuine interest in overseas recruitment or the healthcare-mobility space ✅ Comfortable with local travel across Kochi/Ernakulam
✅ Fluent Malayalam + working English ✅ No prior professional experience needed — we'll train you

Suggested salary range: ₹12,000–18,000/month
