Job Purpose
Operation and Maintenance for Transport Optical network uptime and service
quality.
Expansion of DWDM Network.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
* Maintain Network Up time & Link Uptime - 99.99%
* Transmission KPI monitoring & relevant actions with other stake holders
* Ensure proactive solution implementation with coordination with all stake
holders to avoid network outages (P1 to P5)
* Carrying out daily TX field observation in co-ordination with all stake
holders.
* Network fault analysis & escalations to take solution from OEM
* Publishing Network elements health check up to respective stake holders.
* MS governance based on SLA
* Co-ordination with commercial, finance & OEM's for PR/PO, invoice & ensure
payment
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
* Knowledge of TX technologies – SDH, MW, Optical, DWDM, IP
* Hands on working knowledge on below OEM's:
* Huawei OSN, ECI BG, XDM, NPT, DWDM Technologies, Nokia / Ericsson / Huawei
