Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM)



to accelerate the growth of our specialized Digital Engineering Practice. In this role, you will drive recent client acquisition and expand our market share across the Middle East, India, and global enterprise landscapes.
You will act as a strategic advisor to mid-market and enterprise CXOs, helping them navigate complex cloud migrations, implement automated software delivery pipelines, adopt AI-driven automation, and modernize monolithic legacy systems into agile Saa S/Paa S platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts for Cloud, Dev Ops, AI, and App Modernization services.
Consultative & Value-Based Selling: Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leaders to map Teceze’s technical capabilities directly to their core business strategies and ROI metrics.
