Key Result Areas/Accountabilities





* Responsible for overall administration of all the Performance/Experience
monitoring and optimization tools in respective circle, including drive
testing tools.
* Routine monitoring of all the network changes and closely coordinate with the
Central team in parametric tuning for optimal network experience
* Effective routine use of Geo-location tools in trouble shooting
network/customer issues, analysis of 3G/4G network coverage tropology,
interference metrics, in-building coverage, traffic distribution, handover,
handset analytics etc
* New feature testing and optimization
* Geo-location Tool / Mapinfo

Coordination with Zonal optimization team in sharing the insight from tools and
supporting them in experience improvement initiatives

Detailed knwoledge on 4G technology

Must have technical / qualified qualifications
