JOB SUMMARY

The Principal Solution Architect, D&T;, HR ABAP possesses in-depth knowledge and
experience to work autonomously. The position is responsible for the development
and implementation of SAP ABAP Applications. The role is proficient in the
areas of SAP ABAP development, performance tuning and troubleshooting. Working
in a global workplace, this role has a hands-on approach capable of working
across teams and time zones.

This role is to lead a technical team and also perform hands-on work using ABAP,
Knowledge about HCM process and different SAP products. The work for this
position will include interfacing and managing discussions with business
stakeholders and process teams as well as handling design end-to-end technical
solution within ABAP, harmonization, and business-process analysis. In addition,
the position will be responsible to architect, direct, build and support
technical side of SAP ABAP.
Experience in Agile development methodology for projects and enhancements are a
plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES





* Possesses good understanding of overall vision, business needs and the
solution architecture for SAP applications. Uses this in-depth knowledge to
solve reasonably complex problems.
* Utilizes knowledge of best practices and acts as a SME to provide the
technical solution design.
* Works closely with the process team to understand the business requirements,
review the functional specs, develop technical specs, build the application,
unit test the application and support the process team during integration
testing
* Assist in Designs and builds applications with best practices in mind.
* Investigates and corrects production issues.
* Other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION

* Bachelor’s Engineering degree or equivalent experience
* 10+ years of relevant experience in the areas specified under Essential
