Role & Responsibilities* Work on interested leads provided by the company (No Cold Calling).* Connect with customers to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable plans.* Explain product features, perks, and pricing clearly.* Follow up with customers and ensure end-to-end sales closure.* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.* Deliver an excellent customer experience before and after the sale.* Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
