Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding recent products and services.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-8 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
