Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Relationship Manager for our Life Insurance Direct Channel. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales or relationship management, with a strong focus on building relationships with branch staff and customers to drive life insurance sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of life insurance products, and a passion for helping clients secure their financial future.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff to promote life insurance products.
- Conduct training sessions for branch employees to enhance their understanding of life insurance offerings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase market share in the direct channel.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and provide support to the branch in selling life insurance policies.




- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for life insurance products.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales tracking software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
