Description
The Channel Support Officer (MIS & Excel) at SIP Academy will be responsible for providing essential support to our channel partners through effective data management and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Excel and experience with MIS, playing a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our channel operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to channel partners in managing their accounts.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports using MIS and Excel.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the database.
- Respond to inquiries from channel partners and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in channel support.





Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Experience with management information systems (MIS) and data management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
