Key Responsibilities-
Manage product registrations, licenses, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
Ensure compliance with CDSCO, BIS, Legal Metrology, Drugs & Cosmetics Rules, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Review product formulations, labels, packaging artwork, product claims, and promotional materials from a regulatory perspective.
Collaborate with R&D;, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, manufacturing partners, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.




Maintain regulatory documentation and monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.
Support regulatory audits, inspections, import clearances, and responses to regulatory queries.
Key Skills Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
Strong understanding of Indian cosmetic regulations, product registration, labeling requirements, and import compliance.
Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
