Role Overview
We are seeking a Director – Enterprise Support & Reliability Engineering (ESRE) to lead the Supply Chain Support organization responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of Williams-Sonoma's global supply chain technology ecosystem. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Business teams to drive production stability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction while championing Site Reliability Engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Site Reliability Engineering teams supporting enterprise eCommerce and IBM Sterling OMS.
Lead Database Engineering and Database Administration (DBA) teams, ensuring availability, performance, scalability, security, backup and recovery, and operational excellence using enterprise database monitoring and performance management tools.
Provide technical leadership across Supply Chain platforms.
Drive automation, observability, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.
Partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
