About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently plan, execute, and report on multi-channel campaigns for our clients. This is not a "learning on the job" role we need someone who's already run campaigns, moved the needle on results, and can show it. Based on performance in the first 60–90 days, this role has a clear path to leading a small team of junior executives, with compensation to match.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and organic social
- Own client-facing reporting build and present performance dashboards using Looker Studio
- Track and interpret website/user behavior using Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, session recordings) to inform optimization
- Review and guide the work of junior digital marketing executives on your team
- Own campaign performance for assigned clients — CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates
- Identify underperforming campaigns and course-correct proactively, not reactively
- Coordinate with content, design, and dev teams for campaign execution
- Present monthly performance reviews to clients/internal stakeholders
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in digital marketing / performance marketing
- Proven track record — must be able to show real campaign results (screenshots/reports/case examples)
