Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the software development team.
- Design and implement scalable software architecture.
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, deployment guides, SOPs, and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, QA, UI/UX, and management teams.
- Plan technical roadmaps and estimate development effort.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and support production issues.
- Manage CI/CD, deployments, and cloud infrastructure.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.




- 1–2+ years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Git, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

Preferred
- Experience with AI, EdTech, or SaaS products.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
