Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Delhi, India. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing interior concepts, preparing design presentations, and translating project requirements into detailed plans and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selection of materials and finishes, coordination of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and creation of construction drawings in collaboration with the architecture team. The role involves site visits,



coordination with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that designs are executed according to quality, budget, and timeline expectations. The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to develop functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and ability to coordinate interior design with overall building design.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings for accurate on-site implementation.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
