Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and passionate
HR & Management Interns
who are eager to learn, grow, and build their careers in Human Resources and People Management. This internship is designed to give you
hands-on corporate exposure
, mentorship from industry professionals, and a direct path to a
full-time role
in our HR & Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in
recruitment activities
: sourcing resumes,
screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
- Support
HR operations
: onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.
- Collaborate with management on
policy drafting, training coordination, and performance tracking.
- Participate in strategic HR initiatives
like talent acquisition, retention planning, and culture building.
- Prepare HR documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve
employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
in HR, Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of
recruitment & HR processes.
- Strong communication skills
(verbal & written).
- Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Suite.
- Quick learner, adaptable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
