Role Description
The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. In this position, the counselor guides prospective students, parents, and working professionals through the college and course selection process, providing clear information on eligibility, admissions procedures, fees, and scholarships.



Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and by phone), responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up with leads to support timely decision-making. The counselor collaborates with the internal team to stay up to date on institutions, programs, and entrance exams, and contributes to improving counseling processes and resources. This role involves meeting outreach and conversion targets while maintaining a student-centric, ethical, and empathetic approach.
