Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive with hands-on experience in Bitrix24 CRM. The role involves managing data, generating reports, maintaining CRM hygiene,



and supporting the sales/marketing team with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, and manage data within Bitrix24 CRM.
- Design and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, leads, support tickets, etc.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data across all modules (leads, deals, contacts, companies).
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead status tracking and pipeline management.
- Automate workflows and reminders inside Bitrix24 for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Identify and fix gaps in CRM usage, user adoption, or process.
- Provide support and training to internal users on Bitrix24 features.
- Create dashboards and visual reports as per management’s requirements.
- Ensure backup, security, and integrity of CRM and MIS data.
