About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development & Operations Associate to join our growing group of companies. This role supports our businesses in Digital Marketing, Talent & Staffing, and Trading Solutions. If you're passionate about sales, communication, and building client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp outreach for Digital Marketing, Talent & Staffing, and Trading Solutions
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers.




- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant company services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.
- Build long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.

Client Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and the management team.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
- Assist in maintaining positive client relationships.

Operations Support
- Coordinate with different departments across our sister companies.
- Support project execution by ensuring timely communication.
- Assist management with day-to-day operational activities.
- Perform other business support tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, BBM, BMS, B.Com, Marketing, or any related field.
