Role Description
The Project Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This position oversees the planning, execution, and completion of solar installation and maintenance projects, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project teams and subcontractors,



monitoring site activities, managing materials and equipment, and conducting onsite inspections for solar power plants, solar water heating systems, solar street lights, and solar water pumping systems. The role involves preparing basic project reports, updating stakeholders on progress, addressing issues or delays, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant guidelines. The Project Supervisor also supports training for field staff and promotes a culture of accountability and continuous improvement on project sites.

Qualifications
- Project supervision and coordination skills, including experience managing field teams and multiple tasks on active project sites.
- Technical understanding of solar installations such as on-grid and off-grid systems, solar water heating, solar street lights, and solar water pumping solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling,
