Role Description
The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the TVS showroom in Bhubaneswar. This role oversees daily operations, including sales, service, customer experience, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and brand standards. The General Manager leads and mentors showroom staff, sets performance targets, monitors key metrics, and implements strategies to increase revenue and market share. Responsibilities include coordinating with finance and administration, ensuring timely reporting,



resolving escalated customer issues, and maintaining a safe and well-organized showroom workplace. The role also involves building partnerships in the local market, running promotional activities, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or automotive dealership management, with strong skills in team leadership and people management.
- Ability to drive sales performance, manage targets, and use basic financial and operational metrics for decision-making.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in inventory control, showroom operations, and coordination with service and finance departments.
