Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for founder brands, digital IP, and storytelling-led campaigns across platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand identities, designing logos and visuals for YouTube, podcasts, and social media, and producing graphics that align with narrative and content strategies. The role also involves collaborating with content strategists and production teams, maintaining consistent typography and visual standards,



preparing files for digital and video use, and iterating designs based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphic Design and creating high-quality Graphics for digital and video-first environments.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities for founders and brands.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, impactful storytelling across formats.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent).
- Ability to translate strategic narratives into compelling visual concepts and campaign assets.
- Attention to detail, strong visual judgment, and ability to work within brand guidelines while innovating.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
