- Drive B2B revenue
- Lead Generation & Marketing
- Client Consultation & Sales
- Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Coordination & Project Handover
- Market Intelligence
- Manage the sales cycle including lead generation, pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure
- Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person)
and deliver effective presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
- Prepare quotations and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Stay updated on market trends and customer needs
- Report on pipeline and revenue, segmented by designer-led vs. builder-led business
