Role Description
The Vice President Finance at AbsoJob is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. The Vice President Finance will lead the finance team,
establish and maintain robust internal controls, and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key financial metrics, analyzing business performance, managing risk, and providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting investment and cost-optimization initiatives, and contributing to long-term financial strategy and organizational growth.
