Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Tirunelveli. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of construction and office roles, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessments. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, maintaining candidate pipelines, liaising with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.



The role also involves maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and helping develop recruitment strategies that align with HP Construction’s growth plans. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with site management and HR to ensure staffing levels support project timelines and operational goals.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience in coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).
