Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals,



set sales targets, and drive growth for Bajaj Life’s portfolio of life insurance products through branch networks, consultants, and partner channels. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves coaching and developing team members, conducting regular reviews, and supporting their field activities to enhance customer acquisition and retention. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and partner bank teams to optimize campaigns, improve customer experience, and achieve agreed business objectives.
