Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Hardware Support Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Hardware Support Engineer will provide hands-on support for computer hardware, peripheral devices,



and networking equipment used across Innoknowvex’s learning and operational environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues, performing repairs and replacements, managing asset inventory, and ensuring minimal downtime for users. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to implement hardware upgrades, documenting support activities, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to resolve incidents efficiently. The Hardware Support Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of hardware standards and support processes to keep systems reliable and aligned with evolving technology needs.
