We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and build strong customer relationships across the US and Global markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets through phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings. Experience selling B2B IT services to international clients, particularly in the US market, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and other lead generation channels across the US.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand customer business requirements.
- Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and product/service demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers across international regions.
- Present IT services and solutions, clearly articulating value propositions tailored to client needs.




- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements, and follow up until closure.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, delivery, and customer success teams to improve lead conversion and client engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments across the US and global regions.
- Manage client communications across multiple time zones and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Freshsales.
