KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Engineering Coordination
- Experienced in managing 3D modelling and design of offshore (FPSOs, FLNGs, Fixed platforms, etc.) and onshore projects spanning (but not limited to) the architectural discipline.
- Interface with Clients and ensure timely delivery of engineering packages.
- Monitor productivity and quality of engineering resources.
- Regular cadences with project planner 2 times a week to ensure tracking of project schedule.
- Provide technical inputs for bid submissions

2. Project Support & Coordination
- Support engineering department in preparation of MTOs/BOMs, product datasheets, techno-commercial evaluations and technical bid submissions to clients.
- Track procurement and engineering progress by holding regular meetings.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve execution issues, deliverable delays, and vendor challenges.
- Manage document controller for audit and project documentation and tracking.

KEY REQUIREMENTS




- Experience:

1. 10-15 years in offshore oil & gas / EPC / marine industry.
2. Exposure in managing engineering coordination, procurement, bid evaluations and project delivery schedules.
- Technical Background:

1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
2. Strong understanding of offshore standards and requirements.
- Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong coordination and organizational skills.
2. Commercial awareness and negotiation capability.
3. Ability to work independently and proven ability to improve systems.
4. Hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
5. Experience working for small-to-mid-size EPC environments
