Role Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring while supporting core HR activities and other operational responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs.
- Support core HR operations and employee documentation.
- Assist with office administration and other responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- MBA (HR or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Good understanding of core HR functions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High sense of ownership, professionalism, and accountability.
- Adaptable to take on additional responsibilities.
