Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who can help build Mandana’s voice, audience, and presence from the ground up.
This is not simply a role for scheduling posts or managing social accounts. We’re looking for someone who understands storytelling and can translate our ideas around AI, reasoning, decision-making, and philosophy into content that people want to watch,
read, share, and discuss.
You’ll work closely with the Founder and Founder’s Office to develop and execute our social media and content strategy across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
Your responsibilities will include developing original content ideas and campaigns; creating short-form video concepts, scripts, reels, carousels, and written posts; managing the content calendar and publishing cadence; building founder-led content; identifying trends and cultural moments relevant to the brand; engaging with the community; tracking performance and using insights to improve content; experimenting with current formats, hooks, and distribution strategies; and helping establish Mandana as a distinctive voice in AI and structured reasoning.
