Position Summary

The Principal is responsible for providing strategic academic leadership, operational direction, and overall management of the Integrated Junior Residential College. The role involves ensuring excellence in academic delivery, maintaining rigorous discipline, managing residential/hostel operations, and complying with Intermediate Board regulations.

As the academic and administrative head, the Principal drives student success across State Board curriculum and competitive examinations (JEE/NEET), while seamlessly coordinating between faculty, wardens, students, parents, and management.

Key Responsibilities1. Academic & Competitive Exam Leadership
- Provide strategic direction for academic planning and execution of Intermediate (MPC/BiPC) integrated with JEE/NEET coaching.




- Monitor classroom teaching quality, enforce the implementation of academic calendars, and ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Conduct regular result analyses for weekly tests, grand tests, and mock exams to implement corrective measures for low-performing students.

2. Residential & Campus Administration
- Oversee the holistic functioning of the residential campus, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and discipline in both college and hostel premises.
- Coordinate with hostel wardens, security, and catering staff to maintain a student-friendly residential workplace.
- Manage emergency situations, student wellness, and medical requirements typical of a residential setup.
- Ensure absolute compliance with the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) guidelines, statutory records, and board inspections.

3. Faculty & Staff Management
- Lead, mentor, and monitor large faculty teams and residential administrativ
