Ecosys Efficiencies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Back Office Executive to support our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations to customers via Email & WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update product cost database and product information.
- Upload and manage products on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other online portals.
- Identify potential customers online and generate leads for the Sales team.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain quotation records and support ERP data management.

Desired Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Comfortable using social media and online business portals.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, organized, and a team player.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.

Qualification
- Graduate (Commerce/Management/Engineering or equivalent)




- 1–3 years of experience in Back Office / Sales Coordination preferred.
- Freshers with excellent computer skills and a positive attitude may also apply.

Job Details
- Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai
- Salary Range: ₹1.8 Lakhs – ₹3 Lakhs per annum (based on experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
