Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru North. The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations while also supporting key administrative and operational functions.

The role includes maintaining accurate books of accounts by recording financial transactions, managing general ledgers, reconciling bank and cash accounts, preparing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.





The Accountant will prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports, assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and provide management with financial insights to support business decisions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST and tax regulations, coordinating with external auditors or consultants when required, and recommending improvements to financial processes and internal controls.

In addition to financial responsibilities, the Accountant will oversee inventory management, including maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, reconciling physical stock with system records, identifying variances, coordinating regular stock audits, tracking inventory costs, and working closely with the kitchen and procurement teams to ensure efficient stock control and minimize wastage.
