What we’re looking for

We are looking for a PowerApps Developer to create, implement and support enterprise-level applications with the Microsoft Power Platform, with a primary emphasis on connecting operational and commercial data from internal systems like SAP and Salesforce. You will ensure seamless digital workflows, modernise business processes and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation, working with the LR Advisory and Digital teams to solve business-critical challenges that require PowerApps development.

The role
- Design, develop and maintain applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).




- Build and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop scalable data models using Dataverse and support integrations with SQL, SharePoint and other connectors.
- Implement role-based security, environment governance and ALM best practices.
- Participate in requirements gathering, process mapping and solution architecture workshops.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical designs.
- Apply Power Platform best practices, including data security, scalable component design and automation governance.
- Build and maintain integrations using custom connectors, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps or API endpoints.
- Transform and map data between Power Platform entities and SAP/Salesforce schemas.
- Optimise the performance and reliability of data synchronisation processes.
- Collaborate closely with SAP and Salesforce functional and technical teams to understand data structures and business processes.
