We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Freelance Business Development Associates to support our growing recruitment platform.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy online research, have an interest in recruitment or career platforms, and are comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify genuine job opportunities from approved online sources.
- Maintain accurate records of assigned work.
- Support employer outreach activities using company-provided templates.
- Collaborate with the team to meet assigned weekly milestones.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements
- Experience using job portals, career websites, or recruitment platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn is preferred.
- Good internet research skills and attention to detail.




- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop or desktop.
