Sr Sales Manager – Advertising (Field Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Manager – Advertising (Field Work) to lead revenue growth for our outdoor / DOOH / media advertising solutions. The role involves on-ground client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end handling of the sales cycle in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly advertising revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new advertising clients (local brands, retailers, corporates, agencies) through regular market visits and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, understand their marketing needs, and pitch suitable advertising solutions and packages.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals within defined timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.




- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
- Track daily field activity (visits, calls, proposals, closures) and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and share insights for product and pricing improvements.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in advertising, media, OOH/DOOH, print, radio, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing B2B clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field work.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred (if applicable).
