Role Description

HexaKnox Innovation Labs is hiring Digital Marketing Executives with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity where selected candidates will contribute to our digital marketing initiatives, employer branding, lead generation, and online presence while supporting business growth and client engagement.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. You will manage social media platforms, create engaging content, improve search engine visibility, monitor campaign performance,



and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.

• Positive understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content marketing strategies.

• Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other digital advertising platforms.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other web analytics tools.

• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or HubSpot is an added advantage.

• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
