Role Description
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating daily dispatch activities, ensuring timely movement of goods and accurate documentation across the supply chain. This full-time, in office role in Rudrapur involves planning vehicle schedules, assigning loads,



monitoring transit status, and updating relevant systems with accurate information. The Dispatch Executive will communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve issues, manage delays, and support smooth pick-up and delivery operations. The role includes tracking shipments, maintaining dispatch records, and escalating operational risks or exceptions to supervisors. The Dispatch Executive will also support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, contributing to efficiency initiatives, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.
