We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial
Head of Sales – AWP Rentals
to lead and expand AGGCON's Aerial Work Platform (AWP) business across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AWP sales, business development, and strategic account management, with the ability to build high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and establish AGGCON as a leading AWP rental partner.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for AGGCON's AWP rental business.
- Identify and secure current business opportunities across infrastructure, industrial, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, airports, commercial real estate, data centres,



and EPC projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and secure long-term rental agreements and rate contracts.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing AWP sales team while driving a performance-oriented culture.
- Work closely with Operations to maximize fleet utilization, improve equipment deployment, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business expansion.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and fleet utilization targets for the AWP division.
- Develop regional expansion strategies and strengthen AGGCON's presence across key markets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, MIS reports, and performance reviews for senior management.
