About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior US HR Operations professional to join our team at CTC. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing end-to-end HR operations supporting our US-based workforce. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of HR service delivery, employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and HRIS administration. As a senior leader within the HR Operations team,



you will be responsible for driving process excellence, ensuring adherence to US employment regulations, and delivering a seamless, efficient employee experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Business HR to resolve complex issues and support organizational objectives.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 9 years of overall HR experience is required, with at least 6 years specifically in US HR Operations. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of US HR processes, compliance standards, payroll governance, and employee lifecycle activities.
