Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Zscaler Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud-based security solutions using Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA). The role involves securing enterprise networks, enabling Zero Trust architecture, and ensuring seamless user access while maintaining compliance and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions
- Configure secure web gateways, CASB, DLP, and cloud firewall policies
- Support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture implementation
- Integrate Zscaler with IdP (Azure AD, Okta), SIEM tools, and endpoint security solutions
- Manage traffic forwarding methods (PAC files, GRE/IPSec tunnels, Zscaler client connector)
- Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues
- Work with network teams to optimize proxy, routing, and firewall configurations




- Perform policy tuning, logs analysis, and threat investigation
- Provide L2/L3 support for Zscaler incidents and escalations
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
- Required Skills & Experience
- Robust experience in Zscaler ZIA & ZPA deployment and administration
- Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, Proxy)
- Experience with authentication protocols (SAML, LDAP, OAuth)
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security model
- Hands-on with log analysis, troubleshooting, and policy configuration
- Experience in cloud security and secure access solutions
- Experience Range
- Typically 410 years in network/security engineering with 2+ years in Zscaler
