Role Summary

The Staff Engineer will be responsible for the Consumer Platform supporting critical banking and financial services workloads. Deep understanding of React Native, React wrt to both Web and Mobile application development needed.

The Staff Engineer will be responsible for architectural proposals and representations for approvals, platform reliability, and end-to-end engineering excellence.
In addition, the role requires mentoring junior engineers, improving productivity and code quality, and proactively detecting, triaging, and resolving production issues to ensure optimal customer experience and platform stability.
