The Role

We're hiring a
Business Development Executive
to drive the growth of ZEA360™ and our ERP implementation services. You'll own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and demos to proposals and closures — across domestic and international markets.

What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for ZEA360™ ERP/HRMS through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, campaigns, and field visits
- Run discovery calls to understand client processes across HRMS, Finance, Operations, Fleet, and Logistics
- Deliver product demos and presentations to founders, CXOs, HR heads,



and finance leaders
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercials, and close deals
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate CRM hygiene
- Coordinate with pre-sales and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding
- Represent ZEA360™ at trade shows, business forums, and partner events
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or IT
- 1–4 years of B2B software / ERP / HRMS / SaaS sales experience
- Working knowledge of business processes in HR, Payroll, Accounting, or Operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in
English and Tamil, Malayalam

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident with senior decision-makers
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
