Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and consult with clients during in-store appointments.

* Take accurate body measurements for bespoke shirts and kurtas.

* Conduct fitting trials and recommend adjustments for the perfect fit.

* Mark and execute alterations required after fittings.

* Draft and cut patterns for bespoke shirts and kurtas.

* Maintain consistent fit standards across all garments.

* Coordinate with the production team to ensure flawless execution.

* Deliver a luxury client experience throughout the bespoke journey.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in bespoke tailoring.

* Expertise in taking accurate body measurements.

* Strong knowledge of shirt and kurta pattern cutting.

* Excellent fitting and alteration skills.

* Confident, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with clients.

* High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
