Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst - Aladdin Governance & Support - Asset Management - 5+ Years - Pune

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in investment operations, order management systems, and stakeholder management to support and enhance the governance, strategic usage, and ecosystem management of the Aladdin platform within a leading financial services organization.

Responsibilities
- Governing and managing the overall Aladdin platform ecosystem, including user requirements, impact analysis, access management, and strategic platform enhancements.
- Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology partners to strengthen strategic relationships and platform capabilities.
- Collaborating with investment, dealing, operations,



and transition teams to define long-term business requirements and system priorities.
- Conducting periodic reviews of platform usage, preparing management insights, and driving data-driven decision-making.
- Leading change initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing business-critical queries related to the Aladdin platform.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Operations, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Order Management Systems, preferably Aladdin.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience managing external vendors and strategic partners.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
