Job Summary

OJD Education is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, sales, and relationship-building skills to generate admissions, build institutional partnerships, and contribute to the overall business growth of the organization.

The candidate should be capable of converting leads into admissions, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets while representing the organization professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through calls,



references, digital platforms, field visits, and networking.
- Identify and connect with prospective students, educational institutions, coaching centres, colleges, and corporate clients.
- Develop strategies to increase student admissions and business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Student Admissions & Sales
- Counsel prospective students regarding available courses, career opportunities, certifications, and admission procedures.
- Explain course curriculum, fee structure, training benefits, and placement assistance.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channe
