What You'll Actually Do
- Hunt for amazing talent across LinkedIn, job portals, and other corners of the internet.
- Convince candidates that interviews are exciting, not terrifying.
- Schedule interviews while juggling calendars like a magician.
- Coordinate with hiring managers who want "the perfect candidate"... preferably yesterday.
- Keep candidate databases neat enough to make Excel proud.
- Send emails that people actually reply to.
- Help create a smooth and memorable candidate experience.
- Support onboarding so new hires don't spend Day 1 wondering where the coffee machine is.
- Assist with employer branding, hiring campaigns, and other HR initiatives.
- Learn how startups hire at lightning speed.
Who We're Looking For
You might be the one if you:
- Love talking to people.
- Have excellent communication skills .
- Can multitask without opening 47 tabs... or at least remember why you opened them.
- Are curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions.
- Can stay organized even when everyone's calendar looks like a game of Tetris.
- Know your way around Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Have a "
