About the Role

ScholarHat is looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our learning team as a Freelance Technical Instructor. The primary responsibility is to record high-quality technical video lectures that help students and working professionals learn MERN Stack development through practical, industry-oriented content.

Key Responsibilities
- Record structured video lectures covering the complete MERN Stack curriculum.
- Explain concepts with real-world examples and industry best practices.
- Build projects while teaching to ensure practical learning.
- Prepare clean, production-quality code demonstrations.
- Ensure audio and video quality meet qualified standards.
- Coordinate with the content team for curriculum planning and updates.
- Record additional videos whenever major technology updates occur.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of hands-on MERN Stack development experience

- Is confident speaking on camera
- Has prior teaching, mentoring, YouTube, or technical content creation experience (preferred)
- Can commit to recording videos consistently as per the project timeline
