Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on brands seeking online growth and digital marketing services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, preparing and delivering proposals, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The role involves collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to translate client needs into transparent service offerings and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.



The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, maintain relationships with existing clients, and provide regular reporting on business development activities and revenue

targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management, with the ability to close deals in a B2B or agency environment.
- Ability to conduct needs assessments, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate contract terms in a qualified manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and client feedback to refine outreach and sales strategies.
- Prior experience in business development, account management, or sales in digital marketing or related industries is preferred.
